It comes with machine screws and sex-bolts and is fire rated and approved by cULus, with a 60-minute rating for wood doors and a 90-minute rating for metal doors.

1100 Series Narrow Stile Crossbar Exit Device

DOREX 1100 crossbar exit device is suitable for moderate traffic on narrow or wide stile aluminum doors. It has two crossbar types, Rim model (handed) and Concealed vertical rod model (non-handed). It features a 36″(aluminum crossbar), a zinc alloy latch bolt with a 1⁄2″ throw, stainless steel springs, and has latch dogging options with a slotted key or outside cylinder.

1400 Series Narrow Stile Exit Device

This device is cUL listed for Panic Exit and made of high-strength aluminum extrusion. It has a 1-year limited warranty and is field sizable. Two models are available: 1400PR (Handed, field reversible) and 1400PV (Non-handed). Size options include 30-36×84″ with an optional 36-42×84″. The door thickness is 13⁄4″ with additional thickness options of 2″ and 21⁄4″.

1701 Series Door Closer

9500pr/fr Series Rim Exit Device

The DOREX 9500 is a heavy-duty exit device designed for high-traffic areas. Certified ANSI/BHMA Grade 1, it’s cULus listed for Panic and 3-hour Fire Exit hardware. With a 5-year warranty, it suits wood or hollow metal doors from 30–48″ wide. Available in rim and surface vertical rod styles, it features a stainless steel latchbolt, hex key dogging (non-fire rated), and offers various trims. Mortise and Concealed Vertical Rod models are also available.

Er Series Electronic Deadbolt

This versatile lock operates by keypad, key, or remote control on doors 13⁄8 – 2″ thick. It’s fully programmable for up to 6 users, provides visual and audio confirmation, and has auto-locking for security. The system includes incomplete door locking detection and retains settings with a drained battery. It features an LED-illuminated keypad, operates on batteries (with a low battery indicator), comes with a remote control key fob, and includes a 5-pin cylinder with Weiser keyway and 2 keys.

Deadbolt Locks Tecnica Design Series

This lock is available with a 20-minute fire rating (using a listed fire-can*) and fits doors 13⁄8 to 13⁄4″ thick (a kit for 21⁄4″ thick doors is also available). It’s adaptable with a 23⁄8″ or 23⁄4″ backset, non-handed, and features a stainless steel deadbolt with a security pin for a 1″ throw. You can choose between a mortise or drive-in faceplate, and it comes with concealed mounting screws. Strikes for wood and steel door frames are included, and it features a 5-pin brass cylinder with a Weiser keyway and 2 keys.

Bb1099 Series Heavy Duty Ball Bearing Template Hinges

This is a heavy-weight, full-mortise hinge made from stainless steel (Type 304). Made from extruded 6063 aluminum alloy, these hinges have self-lubricating thrust bearings for smooth operation and offer full concealed mounting. They are suitable for flush mount installation without door inset and come with mounting hardware for metal doors and frames. Doors over 200 lbs require additional reinforcement.

12 Series Commercial Lockset

DOREX F Series door locks (FC, FH, FS) are built for durability and security in commercial spaces with moderate to high traffic. They’re Grade 2 certified, offer a 3-hour fire rating, and meet ADA requirements. These versatile locks are non-handed and come with multiple backset options. Flush Bolts General Hardware

This is a single bolt designed for aluminum doors with options for a 1⁄8″ (3mm) or 1⁄4″ (6mm) offset. It has a throw of 5⁄8″ (16mm) and features a flush bolt faceplate with 5⁄32″ (4mm) radius corners. Constructed from zinc die-cast and steel components, it comes with mounting hardware including machine screws. Additionally, it is supplied with a threaded adaptor bushing and locking nuts for installation convenience.

Dm Series Mortise Lockset

The DOREX DM is a premium, heavy-duty mortise lock suitable for high-traffic commercial and residential applications with enhanced security needs. It meets Grade 1 standards, has a 3-hour fire rating, and complies with ADA requirements for levers. Plus, it comes with a 5-year limited warranty.

Door Viewers Security Hardware

This is a solid brass door viewer designed for doors with a thickness ranging from 1 1/2” (38mm) to 2 1/4” (57mm). It features polished optical glass lenses and is rated for 20-minute fire resistance on wood doors and 90-minute fire resistance on steel doors. Each viewer comes individually boxed and is available in two finishes: polished brass or polished chrome.

F400 Electronic Locks

DOREX F400 series of electronic locks are equipped with a powerful and efficient electromechanical locking system. Ideal for moderate commercial or heavy residential traffic applications that require an easy-to-manage access system that can operate independently or in conjunction with other RFID enabled systems.

FBUL100 Flush Bolts General Hardware

This device is cULus listed for use with various types of fire doors, excluding wood fire doors. It fits metal door preparations according to ANSI A115.4-206 standards. Constructed with a combination of brass and steel components, it features a 3⁄4″ (19mm) throw and an adjustable rod of up to 7⁄8″ (22.2mm). It comes complete with a guide, strike plate, and a 12” (305mm) threaded rod. Mounting hardware, including combination machine-wood screws, is included for installation convenience.

Door Pulls & Plates General Hardware

We offer a variety of door pulls, including Aluminum Door Pulls (D-Type pull) and Stainless Steel Door Pulls (Round pull). Each pull is supplied with two 1⁄4-20 UNC x 23⁄8″ (60mm) long machine screws and cup-washers. Additionally, we provide back plates for commercial pulls and include all the necessary mounting hardware, including wood screws.

One-year warranty. Fits 13⁄8–13⁄4″ (35–44.5mm) thick doors. Available in various options. 4-way square corner faceplate. Zinc die-cast lever trim. Exposed or concealed screws. Mortise Cylinders Security Hardware

Solid brass cylinder with 5 or 6 pins, drilled for Construction Master Key (CMK), Adams Rite type (A) cam included, trim ring not included, keyways: Schlage (SC), Yale (YA) or Weiser (WR), includes 2 keys, cam type B available separately.This is a high-security lock cylinder that is designed to be used with a Construction Master Key system. It is made of solid brass and has 5 or 6 pins for increased security.

Pf100 Series Hydraulic Patch Fitting Closer

This heavy-duty floor spring closer works for glass doors up to 39 inches wide and 220lbs with a 1-year limited warranty. It has adjustable speeds, door adjustments, a max 150° opening, and a 90° hold open option. Available in aluminum, polished stainless steel, satin stainless steel, and matte black finishes. Fits 5⁄16 to 1⁄2 inch-thick doors up to 84 inches tall (5⁄16 inch glass) or 108 inches tall (1⁄2 inch glass). This non-handed, double-acting closer has a pinned cover.

It features a low-profile cast aluminum alloy body and plastic pinion cap with wood screws included. Sex nuts and thru-bolts are available, and a parallel arm bracket is also optional.

Tl Series Commercial Lockset

This heavy-duty cylindrical lock meets ANSI/BHMA A156.2, Series 4000, Grade 2 standards and has a 3-hour fire rating.
